Direct Clinical Services

At Seeds & Berries, we meet people where they are: grieving, healing, navigating trauma, or just trying to hold it together.

These aren't one-size-fits-all sessions. They're clinical services created by someone who has sat in the hard moments and knows what it takes to help people move forward.

We partner primarily with institutions and agencies that want to bring meaningful care to their people. That includes grief support for parents, trauma recovery for youth, and clinical reports that center humanity, not just history.

On-Site Case Management

We support youth, families, and program participants in setting goals, navigating barriers, and making progress in the face of challenges like housing instability, unemployment, mental health needs, family dynamics, reentry, and school suspension.

Our case management services also help clients make sense of complex systems (including DCPP, PerformCare, probation, and the courts) so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Virtual and on-site support is available.
