Strategic, healing-centered training rooted in real practice

You’re trying to equip people to show up with care and clarity. But most training stops at theory.
Seeds & Berries meets teams in the middle of real life: schools impacted by violence, housing programs under pressure, reentry teams stretched thin, and corporate spaces working to realign. Alia Berry, LSW, brings more than two decades of clinical and systems-level experience to every session. Her work spans juvenile facilities, school districts, reentry programs, group homes, and national policy spaces.
Alia has trained peer leaders, onboarded violence interrupters, guided organizations through trauma-informed frameworks, and led train-the-trainer models that continue to shape practice years later. Every training is grounded in the setting, built for immediate use, and focused on change that lasts.

Whether we’re preparing teams to lead restorative work, helping institutions respond to grief and loss, or guiding executives through wellness infrastructure that actually holds, this work is built to create ownership and clarity at every level.

We train inside real schools—not just in theory. Whether you're navigating collective grief, rising tension, or a culture that needs repair, we meet your team where they are and offer tools they can use right away.
From trauma-responsive classroom strategies to restorative circles and student grief groups, these trainings support educators, staff, and school leaders carrying more than what shows up on a lesson plan.
Everything is practical, relational, and designed to work in the classrooms and communities you’re already in.
