Watering the Seeds of Knowledge & Practice

Alia Berry brings more than two decades of clinical and systems-level experience to every session. Her work spans correctional facilities, school districts, summer camps, shelters, group homes and policy spaces doing coalition work nationally and locally.

Seeds & Berries’ training services are designed to plant lasting knowledge and cultivate meaningful change. We offer interactive, customized training that equips educators, nonprofit professionals and public service providers with the tools they need to grow in purpose, equity, and impact.

Whether we’re teaching about healing-centered engagement, systems change, community care, or reflective supervision, our sessions are designed to nourish both skill and spirit.

Each training is designed to meet the needs of your team — helping your staff root deeper in their values while expanding their capacity to serve with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

We go beyond theory — offering immersive, healing-centered sessions that strengthen your team’s ability to respond to real-world challenges.

School-based Training & Support

In K–12 schools, our training support looks like hands-on, healing-centered professional development that equips educators, administrators, and support staff with the tools to create safe, responsive, and equitable learning environments.

Whether working with leadership teams or classroom staff through training or coaching support, we focus on building practical skills, strengthening relationships, and aligning systems so that every student — and every adult — has the support they need to thrive.

We also are often asked to incorporate intentional team-building practices that foster trust, collaboration, and shared purpose, helping school communities move together with greater cohesion and care.

Our school-based trainings include:
