Staff Wellness Support

Nourishing the Nurturers: Staff Wellness That Sustains

We believe the well-being of staff is essential to the well-being of the communities they serve. When your people are well, your impact grows. Seeds & Berries helps you build a foundation of staff wellness that sustains your vision.

That’s why we offer a variety of customized staff wellness services designed to support healing, reduce burnout, and foster a culture of care.

From facilitated reflection spaces and building wellness infrastructure to mindfulness sessions, boundary-setting workshops, and trauma-informed support, our offerings help teams reconnect with their purpose and each other. Whether your organization needs a one-time wellness day or an ongoing wellness strategy, we meet you where you are — to nurture the people who hold so much for others.

What Partners Say

My favorite part of the Support Spa is that there are multiple modalities offered so I can choose who needs what kind of support.

They also have a diverse staff of trained, culturally competent providers.

—Dr. Liza Chowdhury, Executive Director of Paterson Healing Collective

As a supervisor, I know my staff may not always admit they aren’t well—but I still want to make sure they’re okay.

I also wish someone could check on them after critical incidents. And honestly, as a leader, I need my own wellness support too.

Dr. Liza Chowdhury, Executive Director of Paterson Healing Collective

As a team, I think we could grow closer through collective wellness.

If we are doing wellness work together; having real and honest conversations — the clients are better served and we are happier serving them!

— Darrell Price, Site Coach at Opportunity Youth Network

Our offerings go beyond self-care — they build collective care practices that honor boundaries, reduce burnout and center humanity.
