Creating space for healing, structure, and systems change.
Clinical support, facilitation, healing work, and strategic guidance for communities, schools, and coalitions doing the real work.
Seeds & Berries partners with organizations, schools, coalitions, and communities navigating moments of change, pressure, or care.

We provide training, facilitation, clinical support, and strategy for people doing real work.
Whether that means launching a program, showing up in a crisis, or holding space for grief and transition.
Founded by licensed social worker Alia Berry, this practice brings over 20 years of experience across reentry, education, community healing, policy advocacy, and direct service.
From Newark classrooms to national coalitions, Seeds & Berries helps people lead with clarity, structure, and care.

Sidewalk Talk
‘Sidewalk Talk’ is an online platform which interviews street soldiers from Newark NJ in order to share stories, first hand insight and provide clarity on misconceptions about the streets and those they serve.
This dialogue hopes to lift up voices from the front lines but also create a space for local organizations to support client outreach efforts, gain exposure to possible funding streams and/or make calls to action by donors and the community at-large.

What Partners Say
"My favorite part of the Support Spa is that there are multiple modalities offered so I can choose who needs what kind of support.
They also have a diverse staff of trained, culturally competent providers. "
—Dr. Liza Chowdhury, Executive Director of Paterson Healing Collective
"This course was stellar. So well researched and presented.
Facilitator was so proficient in her knowledge of the topic and her skillful and engaging presentation of the information."
“Ms. Berry has long been a champion of the underserved and designed her professional pathway to work with this group.
In that vein, she has also looked to support those who battle with her to do the best job they can in the same charge, inclusive of teaching, nurturing and challenging growth in the team around her.”
— Darrell Price, Site Coach at Opportunity Youth Network
